The dissident group of Sunair shareholders has filed a rebuttal to information Sunair has includd in its proxy statement.  Curiously, they now refer to themselves as “insurgents.”  In the rebuttal, they dispute a variety of information about Sunair’s directors included in a supplement they have filed to the proxy material.
