Royalty JPGTAMPA, Fla., April 2, 2013 — /PRNewswire/ — Transfer Technology International Corp. (OTC Pink: TTIN) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Royalty Lawn & Landscaping, Inc., a Florida corporation that provides full service lawn care and landscaping services.

Royalty Lawn and Landscaping offers Residential and Commercial Design, Landscaping, Sod Installation, Irrigation and Monthly Maintenance Services in the Tampa Bay area.  The Company has over 400 clients and has experienced an impressive annual growth rate of over 30% since inception. Upon a successful closing, Royalty Lawn and Landscaping, Inc. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Transfer Technology International Corp. The exact terms of the acquisition will be announced after closing.

Transfer Technology International Corp. recently announced that it has received shareholder approval for a name change to Enviro-Serv, Inc.  The Company has filed an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the state of Delaware.   “The name change was approved by our shareholders as a step in the Company’s plan to build a portfolio of property maintenance companies that provide year round services in warm climate states.  We have an aggressive acquisition plan and are eager to implement our marketing strategy,” stated Christoph Trina , Chairman and CEO of Transfer Technology International Corp.
